Gardening can help individuals accomplish many things. It can help rebuild strength after illness and provide a purposeful activity for someone coping with a difficult period in their life.

Gardening activities range from the sowing of seeds through to harvesting of a variety of fruit and vegetables used for cookery and crafts. We can work in our large indoor workshop and poly tunnel during bad weather.
